When Kristy drinks water, Ella now reaches for the glass so she can get a drink, too (and actually drinks a small percentage of the water that comes out). Also, when I go to hand over Ella to Kristy, she (Ella) leans over and reaches her arms out (sorta).

This may seem like small potatoes to some (though she is a bit of a small sweet potato herself), but these are some of the first indications I've seen of her making her wishes known without crying.
