'Tis the season

Ella actually had the presence of mind to tell Santa thank you for her gift.

On the other hand, she didn't trust him quite enough to actually sit on his lap.

So, even though my main job these days is to get Ella to leave the baby alone, most of the time she is very gentle with her sister. She just wants to hold her all the time.


How can I blame her?

Toothbrush?

Several people have asked why there is a toothbrush in Lucy's bassinet. (See "Hello Lucy!" post below)
Wonder no longer . . . the hospital staff used it to brush her hair.

Fun with curly noodles

Ella having a little lunchtime fun with her favorite lunch dish. Thank you, Progresso, for ensuring that my child won't starve. While she's not a tremendously picky eater, Ella does have her favorites.
