Dancing Queen

We have started taking Ella to a Parent/Child dance class. She is so excited to run and spin and gallop. And she never wants to take her dance clothes off, especially the frilly skirt.

Holding

Ella loves to hold Lucy. Like any toddler, she wants to hold her all the time. It's so sweet, when it's not annoying :-)
I have the feeling that we will be posting many pictures of Ella holding Lucy.




I just dig Lucy's hair. It's kind of like Elvis with a mohawk.

Lucy takes a swat

Today Lucy took a first tentative swat at a toy. Of course we reminded her that violence is not the answer for anything, but secretly we're quite proud of these first steps toward motor control.

Eyewitnesses to the incident said that the infant in question actually opened her hand while she reached for the toy (which, sources say, is called a Whozit).
