Our coloring and decorating of eggs is done...

The girls seem pretty attached to their eggs.

Tonight at dinner:

Mom: "Ella, where do you think the Easter Bunny is going to hide the eggs?"

Ella: "I don't know--you never can tell with the Easter Bunny."

I need to call a scientist!

Ella found this rock during our after-dinner constitutional.

Said Ella, "I think it's a dinosaur bone, or something. I need to call a scientist."

Right now she has it in a cup full of water, and she has thrown in tinfoil, and it poking at it with a marker.

Let's hear it for the scientific method!

Spring! ...Almost

Ella and Lucy walking to kindergarten:

Okay, so there's still some snow on the ground, but we've had our first few weeks of nice, warm weather. Two weeks from now, it'll be 90.

Clash of the Titans

We've had quite a bit of snow the last few days here.
Ella thinks this is because the Easter Bunny and Santa are fighting over who gets to bring her stuff on Sunday. The outcome is uncertain.
